Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
1. General Terms
1.1. Refund and cancellation policies vary by provider and are clearly displayed before booking. If accepted, refunds are issued in a coupon code which may by redeemable via our portal, based on the original value in FIAT, minus any applicable fees.
1.2. Refunds, credits, or booking modifications are not guaranteed under any circumstances unless the service provider cancels the booking.
1.3. In the event of a provider-initiated cancellation, any refund, credit, or alternative arrangement will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis according to the provider’s policies and discretion.
1.4. Our platform acts solely as an intermediary. Decisions regarding refunds or amendments originate from the provider.
2. Flights
2.1. Changes & Modifications
- Requests to modify flight details (dates, times, or passenger information) must be approved by the provider and are evaluated case by case.
- If approved, fare differences, penalties, and service fees may apply.
2.2. Cancellations
- In the event the airline cancels or significantly changes the flight schedule, any potential refund, credit, or rebooking will be evaluated case by case according to the airline’s policies and discretion.
2.3. Refunds
- Refunds, if approved by the airline, are issued as a coupon code, redeemable via our portal, based on the original payment in FIAT, minus any applicable fees.
- Platform service fees remain non-refundable.
3. Hotels
3.1. Changes & Modifications
- Any request for changes must be approved by the hotel and is evaluated case by case.
- If approved, rate differences or hotel-imposed fees may apply.
3.2. Cancellations
- If the hotel cancels or cannot honor a booking, any potential refund, credit, or alternative arrangement will be assessed case by case according to the hotel’s policies and discretion.
3.3. Refunds
- Refunds, if approved by the hotel, are issued as a coupon code, redeemable via our portal, based on the original payment in FIAT, minus any applicable fees.
- Platform service fees remain non-refundable.
4. Experiences & Activities
4.1. Changes
- Any request for changes must be approved by the operator and is assessed case by case.
4.2. Cancellations
- If the operator cancels due to weather, operational issues, or other reasons, any potential refund, credit, or rescheduling option will be evaluated case by case at the operator’s discretion.
4.3. Refunds

5. Events (Concerts, Shows, Festivals, Sports)
5.1. Changes
- Event tickets are non-changeable and non-refundable.
5.2. Cancellations
- If an event is cancelled or postponed by the organizer, any potential refund, credit, or validity transfer will be evaluated case by case according to the organizer’s policies and discretion.
5.3. Refunds
- Refunds, if approved by the event organizer, are issued as a coupon code, redeemable via our portal, based on the original payment in FIAT, minus any applicable fees.
